Nicole Coogan is a Rhode Island native who now calls New Bedford home. While studying illustration at Massachusetts College of Art nd Design, she fell down the rabbit hole into a world of tattooing. Upon graduating, she has spent the last decade perfecting her craft. Nicole specializes in fine line, high detail black and gray tatt0oing and takes pride in creating a kind, fun, and compassionate home for her clients to express themselves freely.
